Jeff Daniel, MIJ

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Jeff has 20 years’ worth of experience in the HIV/AIDS field, primarily focused on Ryan White entities. Areas of expertise include:

  • Operational development of local HIV/AIDS programs including implementation of HIV services and cost effectiveness evaluations
  • Keen focus on community and consumers (PLWH)
  • Recipient office support including all aspects of grant management, implementation and monitoring
  • Development of Recipient and Sub-Recipient policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Ryan White legislation
  • Advising clients on impact of federal funding, policies and programs to maximize funding at the local level with recommended course(s) of action
  • Clinical Quality Management operations including analysis of health outcomes impacting local HIV Care Continua
  • Quality Assurance sub-recipient monitoring and technical assistance
  • Nationally recognized Planning Council service prioritization and resource allocation methodology to determine cost effectiveness of HIV services and impact to PLWH
  • Comprehensive Needs Assessments for In Care, Out of Care and Newly Diagnosed PLWH
  • Planning Council operations and development

Education:

Jeff holds a Master of International Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Marketing from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Jeff speaks conversational Spanish.
